NB: Photography (filming) permits attract an extra per person per day in Tanzania parks and is subject to availability at the Parks Authority discretion. We must write to the Authorities in advance to get the permits. The filming permits includes offroad driving.
Normal photography is allowed (no offroad drives). Drones are strictly probihited.
Package includes:

- Transport whilst on safari in a 4×4 Land cruiser with pop up roof for game viewing.

- We may have to reroute the itinerary or accommodate in similar lodges in case of non-availability.
- Prices may be changed without prior notice. This is beyond our control and any increase levied will be passed to you for park fees and government taxes.
PASSENGER INFORMATION
- Passengers should bring soft sided bags on safaris as our vehicles have limited luggage space.
- All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for any internal flights.
- Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
- Passengers arriving in TANZANIA will be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
Day 1: Arrive in Kilimanjaro
On arrival into Kilimanjaro International airport, you will be met by your English-speaking driver and transferred to your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day will be at leisure.

Day 2: Kilimanjaro Day tour
Day walk into Machame, discovering the Weru Weru river and it’s beautiful waterfall. You also visit the coffee farm and mills. Optional one day hike at an extra cost.
In the evening drive to Arusha and further to West of Mt Meru for a night experience at Masai village.

Optional activities like spear throwing, bike riding, walking, hiking are offered at the lodge at an extra price.

Day 4: Ngarenanyuki – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast set off on safari with your private car and driver to Tarangire National Park (approx. 210 km). Named for the river that nourishes the wildlife of a vast ecosystem, Tarangire is home to elephant, zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, buffalo, eland, water buck, lion, giraffe, onyx and an unsurpassed diversity of birds. From June to November, masses of wildlife congregate around the river, but the park is a stronghold for big game year-round. Take your first game drive before retiring to your beautifully designed lodge, hidden among ancient baobab trees and giant rock kopjes within the park.Tarangire Safari Lodge – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included
Day 5: Tarangire National Park – Lake Manyara National Park.
After breakfast you depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, A beautiful park, Lake Manyara contains a diverse range of habitats and topographical features ranging from the rift wall, ground water forest, acacia woodlands and open grasslands to the shores of Lake Manyara and the lake itself. Have afternoon game viewing in the park searching for the diverse flora and fauna of the park. There are some 350 different bird species in the park. The park provides sanctuary to a variety of animals such as the gazelle, impala, buffalo, wildebeest, hyena, baboon, giraffe, hippo and the famous tree-climbing lions that are unique to the Lake. Day 6: Manyara – Lake Natron
Breakfast and drive to Lake Natron, off the beaten path and away from the crowded places. The route takes you through the cultural home of the Maasai. On the way, you will pass Engaruka, an archaeological site of the Stone-age settlement, as well as the majestic Ondonyo Lengai mountain which is the only active volcanic mountain in the Great Rift Valley. Lake Natron will fascinate you with its colors, varying from pink, lime, green and red due to the concentration of minerals and possibly the flamingoes! It is an almost surreal and breathtaking landscape which will leave you in awe! Arrive in the late afternoon for brief check in, followed by bird watching, flamingo and sunset walk around the lake. Day 7: Lake Natron
Full day dedicated to the excursions by the Lake. These can be observing flamingoes and other birds, walking by the lake with a guide, exploring the waterfalls, hike to the hominid footprint etc. There is plenty to do. In the evening enjoy the sundowner overlooking Lake Natron, the majestic Lengai and Gelai mountains and watch the sun goes down behind the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. Day 8 & 9: Serengeti National Park (Northern Serengeti)
The next 2 days you will drive as you follow the migrations paths depending with the location. We will spend the day following the great migration of about 1.5 millions Wildebeests and 500,000 Zebras migrating through the Serengeti Ecosystem. Dangers is everywhere and packs of lion, cheetah and other carnivores are everywhere waiting for the right moment to strike. Crocodiles in Serengeti river does no mercy as the herds cross the river. Thousands are swept by the arrogant waters and the scenes are amazing. Later in the early evening you will drive to your mobile luxury camp for overnight rest. Day 10: Lake Victoria
You will enjoy a morning game drive as you leave the park and drive to Lake Victoria area for 1 day stay. You will have the option to relax and optional tours are available from the lodge Speke Bay Lodge – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included
Day 11 – 12: Serengeti National Park
Spend another day exploring the Serengeti National Park staying at a different location. Serengeti Sopa Lodge –Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included
Day 13: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Highlands
You will enjoy yet another morning game drive in Serengeti. Drive back to the lodge for breakfast and check out
before starting your journey to Ngorongoro.
This afternoon you will relax and enjoy the breathtaking spectacular views of the Ngorongoro scenery, the largest unbroken caldera in the world. Dinner and overnight at your game lodge.

Day 14: Ngorongoro Crater
This morning we drive and descend some 610 meters into the crater, which is home to an abundance of wildlife and a photogenic paradise, for a full day of game viewing drive with picnic lunch at a private scenic site (hippos pool). Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact caldera in the world teams with an abundance of wildlife permanently resident on the crater floor. Prides of lions, herds of Cape buffalo, impala, Thompson gazelles, rhino, golden and black backed jackal, zebra, cheetah, leopard and the spotted hyena freely roam on the crater floor plains. Unmatched for its natural variety and breath taking beauty, there are few places on earth where such a tremendous diversity of landscapes exist inside a region this size. Apart from its wildlife riches, the crater is also home to hundreds of bird species, refreshing in the small lakes in the crater floor.

Day 15: Lake Eyasi
After breakfast we will drive to the shores of Lake Eyasi. We arrive in time for lunch at the Lake Eyasi lodge.
Lake Eyasi is a very scenic soda lake found on the southern border of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This less visited lake lies at the base of the Eyasi escarpment on the western rift valley wall. This afternoon you will be introduced to the extraordinary people who belong to an indigenous tribe known as the ‘Hadzabe’ (hunter-gatherer bushmen). The tribe inhabits the shores of Lake Eyasi as do the Nilotic-speaking Datoga tribe. You will visit these tribes, which will include a visit to their homesteads, learn about their way of life, animal tracking, medicinal plants, and much more. Some wildlife and a wide range of bird species can be viewed during walks around the lake, which can be arranged.
End the activity and return to the lodge for overnight rest.. Lake Eyasi Lodge Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included
Day 16: lake Eyasi – Arusha
After breakfast you will drive to Arusha where you will finish your trip. A transfer to the airport is included.
Please note: Although the safari guides will endeavor to ensure you see the widest variety of wildlife possible on your explorations, sightings are never guaranteed and are dependent on seasonality as to what wildlife you are more likely to discover.

- After issuance of invoice, 40% deposit to be received after 14 days so as we can secure the booking.
- 60% of the balance to be received 30 days before first day of service.
- All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars cash, or wire transfer.
- Where credit cards (visa, mastercard) are used, we impose a 3.9% charge as bank suffices charges.
- For wire transfer we do not impose any charges but bank charges must be sufficed by you.
- All the payments should be FREE FROM BANK CHARGES.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to Cancellation fee. Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgment.
The following cancellation fee will be subject to cancelled bookings:
- 14 days or Less prior to arrival date: 100%
- More than 14 days but less than 30 days: 50%
- More than 30 Days but less than 45 days: 20%
- More than 45 days: 0%
No refund will be given to the following:
- Itinerary Amended After Departure.
- There will be no refunds from African Adventure Specialists Ltd for any unused portions of the tour.
- Lost Travel Time or Substitution of Facilities.
- No tour refund is available should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion.
We strongly recommend that you secure trip and cancellation insurance.
