PASSENGER INFORMATION
• Passengers should bring soft sided bags on safaris as our vehicles have limited luggage space.
• All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for any internal flights.
• Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
• Passengers arriving in TANZANIA will be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.

Day by day
Day 1: Dar Es Salaan – Selouse Game Reserve
Karibu – Welcome to Tanzania. Pick up from the hotel at 06:30 after breakfast and safari briefing depart for Selous GameReserve. This will be a 5– 6 hours’ drive. You will be provided with water, snacks and fruits. Upon arrival in the afternoon transfer to the camp for lunch. At 16:00 depart for the late afternoon walking safari and overnight at Nje Bush Camp, full board.
Day 2: Nyerere National Park
Take the day exploring Nyerere N.P as the famous explorers did in the yesterYears. Picnic lunch will be under shady trees with a relaxing visit to the hot springs Overnight at Nje Bush Camp, full board.
Day 3: Boat Safari at Selous – Drive to Mikumi
At 06:30 depart for a boat safari by the Rufiji River, at 09:30 return to the camp for breakfast before departing for Mikumi National Park. This will be a long drive of 6 hours through some of the most scenic parts of southern Tanzania villages and the Uluguru mountains dot along the way. Make a short break lunch break by the road side arriving at the Camp in the evening. Overnight at Mikumi Camp Bastian, full board.
Nyerere N.P covering 35,000sq km, this is the largest game reserve in the Africa. The reserve supports an enormous number of elephants, buffalos and wildebeests. Other rare species include the African Hunting dog. The park provides home for some of the last remaining black rhinos.
“Nje yBush Camp” is a located outside the park. This camp welcomes you to exceptional African hospitality and experience in the wilderness.
The tents are large 360* views walk-in tents well furnished with king-size double or twin beds, which are made daily with crispy clean linen laid over a thick, comfortable mattress. Mosquito netting on all doors and windows provides security from insects whilst allowing the cooling breezes to circulate inside the tent. A bedside table, reading lamp and solar lighting complete the simple but tasteful furnishings. Day 4: Mikumu National Park
Full day game drive at Mikumi National Park and overnight at Mikumi Camp Bastian, full board.
MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK is flanked between the Uluguru and Udzungwa Mountains. Mikumi National Park is home to buffalos, giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras and leopards. The park is also famous for its wild dogs and 6m long pythons.
Day 5: To Udzungwa National Park
After breakfast depart for Udzungwa National Park, on arrival visit the rubber plantations, the train station before transferring to the Sanje water falls for refreshing swim and stunning views. Overnight at Mikumi Camp Bastian , full board.
UDZUNGWA NATIONAL PARK is the newest, opened to the public 1992, and one of the most beautiful wilderness areas in Tanzania. Covering an area of 1900 sq. km., the uniqueness of this park lies in its biodiversity in hosting a variety of animals and plant species not found anywhere else in the world. The red colobus and the Sanje crested mana brey, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and sable antelopes are some of the residents in this park. A good range of birdlife is present which includes Rufous winged sunbird, Iringa akalat, Lagden’s bush shrike and Udzungwa partridge. Activities include a hike to the Sanje waterfalls or take easy walking trails within the park.
Day 6: Udzungwa – Ruaha National Park
Depart in the morning after breakfast for Ruaha National Park. The drive is a truly fascinating one which gives you the real feel of the African countryside. The journey will see you pass sisal plantations, local villages before climbing and great rift escarpment passing through Iringa town and finally arriving to your lodge. Arrival time will be late afternoon and overnight at Ruaha hilltope Lodge, full board.
Day 7: Ruaha National Park
Today you will enter the Ruaha National Park in search of game life. Leaving the camp immediately after breakfast, we arrive at the parks’ gate in less than 40 minutes. Your guide will guide you through the park in search of the elusive wild dogs and herds of elephants and buffaloes. After picnic lunch, continue with late afternoon/evening game drive before departing for the camp. Overnight at Ruaha hilltope Lodge full board
RUAHA NATIONAL PARK, Tanzania’s biggest park and a host to a number of animals which rare or absent in the North. The rare animals include the African Wild dog, roan and sable antelope and the greater kudu. The Great Ruaha River, which provides life to the park, flows through the eastern side of the park and is home to hippos, crocodiles and a variety of water birds.
Day 8: Flight Iringa – Dar Es Salaam
Early after breakfast depart for Iringa where you will transfer to the airport for your flight to Dar es Salaam.
