Where to go, what to do while in Madagascar
IFATY
The small sun-kissed towns of Ifaty and Mangily, which have now merged into a single town known as Ifaty, are fishing villages that now host large numbers of tourists seeking sand and surf.
Ifaty is by far the smaller tourist destination, even while its name continues to usurp the latter. The popularity of this area is largely due to its location close to Tuléar and the excellent paved road that connects them.
The town is rarely a rural set-up but the amazing thing is how calm it is; so much so that it it one of the most perfect chill spots in Madagascar.
